Delete your Rydorgo account

The fastest way: open Rydorgo and go to Profile → Delete my account. It is deleted at once.

No longer have the app? Ask here. We check that the number is yours and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, phone number, password, date of birth, address, emergency contact, documents (driving licence, RC, Aadhaar, PAN, selfie), bank details and location.

What is kept

Trip, earnings and payout records, without your name, for as long as accounting and tax law require. An account cannot be deleted while you are still owed money - we pay you first.
