Delivery for your own online orders, across Surat
Taking orders on your own website does not mean finding your own delivery boys. When an order is accepted, we find a rider near your kitchen and your customer follows them live.
How a delivery works
- The customer orders and pays on your website; the delivery charge is worked out from the road distance to their door
- Your kitchen accepts the order and the ticket prints
- While the food is cooking, a rider near your kitchen is asked to pick it up, timed to your preparation time
- The customer sees the rider on the way, and the parcel is handed over with a code only they have
Your own delivery boys too
If you already have delivery staff, keep them: you can mark an order out for delivery and delivered yourself. Many restaurants use their own staff for nearby orders and riders for the rest.

How far do you deliver?
Up to 8 km from your kitchen by road, inside Surat. The customer sees the distance and the charge before paying, and an address that is too far is told so before ordering.

The customer pays the delivery charge at checkout. We go through what is included for your restaurant on a call.
